Today is your day Boomer! Want to watch something uplifting during these dreary times of COVID, floods, highway restrictions, and climate change? How about a musical? I hear the new version of West Side Story is getting good reviews and is out in theatres now. Seriously, you can't go wrong with a Stephen Spielberg production, can you? Give it a whirl Boomers; it's always good the 2nd or 3rd time around and is great for Christmas holidays when we all may need a little pick-me-up! Cheers.

It may look a little unusual and may get a few laughs from passersby....by consider the actual benefits. Clinical exercise specialist André Noël Potvin says "When you start to walk backwards, you actually start to rebalance the forces around the ankle, knee, hip and lower back." This really helps Boomers recovering from knee surgery and older Boomers who are havi...
