Today is your day Boomer! I don't know his age, but from this picture it looks like Jay Carter might be a Boomer. But even if he isn't, he is a big inspiration for our generation! Jay, from Fernie, B.C., has skiied every single day in the local Alpine Ski Resort this season! And Boomers, that is what this blog is all about! Think of the benefits: regular exercise, fresh air, getting out into nature, and time well spent with friends.....every day! Cheers Jay!

It may look a little unusual and may get a few laughs from passersby....by consider the actual benefits. Clinical exercise specialist André Noël Potvin says "When you start to walk backwards, you actually start to rebalance the forces around the ankle, knee, hip and lower back."
